Career Coaching and Personal Coaching
These are customized individual contracts with options for long term, short term, or spot coaching engagements:
Long Term:
- Typically 20 sessions over 8-10 months.
- Main Goal: Work on one or more long term strategic or personal changes related to aspirational goals.
Short Term:
- Typically 10 sessions over 4-5 months.
- Main Goal: Focus on one strategic or personal change related to a specific goal.
Spot Coaching:
- Typically 2-3 targeted sessions with additional follow-up as needed.
